Dispatch & Delivery
- We do our best to dispatch all orders within 24-48hrs Mon-Fri; this does not include delivery time. Please note, this may be extended in times of high demand e.g. sales, public & bank holidays or the launch of a new collection.

International Orders ( Outside UK )
Orders placed for delivery outside of the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and tariffs which are levied when the delivery reaches the destination. You will be solely responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
We have no control over these charges and unfortunately cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to any duty, tax or tariff not being paid or incorrect address details being supplied, we reserve the right to withhold the amount of the cost to us for processing this transaction. This includes any delivery to EU countries as well as the rest of the world.

Returns
General Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please see below for more information on our return policy. Start a return here.
We highly recommend looking over our Size Guide to make sure you get the correct fit first time, if you have any questions please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
Please take care when trying on your items, soiled items or breakages due to ill fit cannot be refunded.
NOTE: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Returns Window
All returns must be requested within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
Once your return request has been accepted, you have another fourteen (14) days to return your item to us.
Returns that are not postmarked within fourteen (14) days from return request approval may not be processed and may be disposed of or sent back at customers' expense.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Returns Process
Please visit our Returns Portal to start your return. Our returns label service is available for a small fee of £3.99*, regardless of package size!
Alternatively, you have the option to send your return back to us with the courier of your choice. Please make sure to include your delivery note inside the package.
NOTE: If you are not using our return service we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured method to send your return.
*UK Mainland service only, cost taken from refund amount.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund.
Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from receipt to process your return.
Once processed refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
If you choose to return your item, it must be sent back in the same condition you received it in. Any returned items must meet the conditions below to be accepted.
Return Item Condition
- Items must be free of any stains/markings e.g. Fake tan, Makeup, Pet hair/any hair or deodorant
- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all the tags still attached.
- Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund. Returned and non-refunded items may be disposed of or sent back at customers expense. We will keep hold of any items for 14 days, after this period they will be disposed of.
Exceptions
Unfortunately we can not accept returns for the following items unless they are faulty:
- Socks
- Bralettes
- Underwear
- Gift Cards
Faulty, Damaged, Missing
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or defective item, please Contact Us within 24 hours of receipt with the following information:
1. Your order number
2. Which item is damaged
3. A description of the fault
4. A photograph of the fault
Damaged/missing Parcels or items
If your order has been damaged in transit or is missing an item, please Contact Us within 24 hours of receipt with the following information:
1. Your order number
2. Which item is missing (if any)
3. A description of the damage (if any)
4. A photograph of the damage (if any)
