What size should i order?
The product description of each piece on our website contains our model size and the size they are wearing. This makes it easy for you to compare our size and fit.

Do you restock collections?
Our drops are very limited, but we try to make as much stock available to our club members as possible.
The best way to make sure you never miss a drop is by signing up to our club newsletter. We'll send you exclusive members only updates and no spam.
How do I return an item?
You can return your order by visiting our returns portal and following the simple steps.
You'll receive an email once your request has been accepted and another once we've received your return. Please note: This is not a free service.
What is my return window?
You have up to 14 days from delivery of your order to request a return and up to 14 days to return it once your request has been approved.

How long do refunds take?
We ask for a maximum of 14 days to process your return but usually get them done a lot sooner.
Once your return has been processed, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear back in your account.
How will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be sent back to your original method of payment.
If for any reason you do not receive your refund, please contact our team and we'll be happy to help.
Can I change my order?
We automatically print your order as soon as it’s placed. This means; unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order, it’s too late for us to change any of the details.
But don’t worry, when you receive your order, you can send it back for a refund.
Can I combine orders?
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders.
As soon as your order is placed on our website a packing slip is printed for your order. We scan this slip to pick and pack your order, meaning both orders will be packaged.
Do you ship to my country?
Please check our shipping locations page, for an up to date list of locations we are currently able to ship to.

Are there customs fees?
Depending on your country, you may be charged import duties and taxes.
These charges are levied by the destination country; unfortunately, we have no control over them and cannot predict their amount.We do not cover these charges and they are solely your responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

When you place an order, we will automatically send you a confirmation email telling you exactly what you’ve ordered.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, it could be in your junk/spam folder if your email provider has marked the email as junk/spam.Please move the email to your inbox and add Girl Of Muse to your trusted contacts list. This should help prevent future emails from being marked in the same way. If you still can’t find the confirmation, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to help!
