How do I return an item?
To return your order, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the simple steps.

How long is your return window?
You have up to 14 days from delivery of your order to request a return and up to 14 days to return it once your request has been approved.

How long do refunds take?
Returns are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive them.
Once your return has been processed, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change orders. Your order is processed by our fulfilment centre as soon as it is placed.
Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order, it’s too late for us to change most of the details. But please reach out to us, as we may be able to change specific details during the processing period.
But don’t worry, when you receive your order, you can return it for a refund.

Our products are made from a variety of high-quality materials detailed on each product page.
Are your products sustainably made?
We strive to produce ethically and sustainably made products and packaging.
Our pieces are made by a family-run manufacturer in Turkey, using certified fabric whenever available.
We use recyclable packaging and bio-degradable garment bags to ship your order.

Do you restock collections?
Our drops are very limited, but we make as much stock available to our club members as possible.
